I highly recommend this place for all your car/tuck needs!! Not only so they do Military discount, but they use all OEM parts and support all makes and models!

8 months agoThe honesty, transparency and attention to detail here is so refreshing . Aspen Auto Clinic is the best shop I’ve ever been to. I will say that they were very honest about pricing and deliver quality work every time! It feels nice to find a shop you can actually trust and does care about the cars that come in. In the past, I always took my car to the dealership, assuming they provide the best service simply because they’re the dealership. Unfortunately, I learned the hard way that you are often just another car to get in and out with more focus on upsell than genuinely helping. Glad I found Aspen, I won’t take my car anywhere else. I highly recommend them to all my friends and family !

5 months agoJuan and his team are top-notch. They replaced the engine mounts on my AMG and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Communication was clear, pricing was fair, and they were transparent about everything they found. It’s refreshing to work with a shop that genuinely cares about doing things right. Highly recommend, I’ll absolutely be coming back.

2 weeks agoI have no idea what it costs to run an auto shop, so I was gonna say the prices are bit high, but I don’t like spending money, so any price would be too high. Point being, they were communicative, fast, and did the job right (as far as I can tell) My issues were addressed and my car runs great, so if that costs what it did, cant be mad. This would probably be a shop for higher end cars, but my ‘17 Yaris iA got a heck of a spa treatment here. Thanks y’all

a month agoAspen Auto Clinic does have some very nice people working there, nothing wrong with the good folks on site. The people are what got this review to 3 stars, not 1 star. For corporate, your pricing is astronomical. Nearly $300 for just a diagnostic is robbery quite honestly, and that left me no choice but to go elsewhere for my actual repair. I got every listed repair suggested by Aspen done at another shop, all for less than a single service at Aspen. Unless you're DESPERATE for service in a pinch, I'd go elsewhere to save yourself a couple hundred bucks on most repairs. People are friendly though.
