The team really goes above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable and confident in your purchase. It’s a reason why they are call Elite, their experience is one of a kind. A special shoutout to Joey, the sales associate who assisted me—he was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about helping. He answered all my questions and made the whole experience enjoyable. If you’re looking for quality and outstanding customer service, I highly recommend Elite Import Motors. And yes, they are specialized in foreign cars. dealerships are highly recommended but they are overpriced and sometimes you don’t get what you actually pay for not due to the dealership due to the individual that works there. They took the time to properly diagnose the problem and determined that the drivetrain control module (DTCM) had failed. What impressed me most was their professionalism, clear communication, and willingness to explain what was going on rather than just throwing parts at the problem. They kept me informed throughout the process, and I left feeling confident that the issue had been correctly identified and repaired. One thing that really stood out was the complimentary loaner car. I brought my truck in because the check engine light was on. Cory and his team did a great job trying to figure out a solution to my issues. They kept me aware of what they were finding and the options I had. The price is what it is(nothing is affordable anymore). Overall this is a great shop and I will bring my vehicle back if I need to.
