From the moment I walked in, they were friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly without making me feel pressured. It’s refreshing to find someone who genuinely cares about providing honest recommendations and great customer service. The staff was efficient, the work was completed on time, and I left feeling confident that my vehicle was well taken care of. I had a great experience at Brake Plus today. I went in for an engine oil change and wheel alignment, and the service was excellent from start to finish. Some weird stuff going on with my brakes and wanted to get everything checked out. I had an appointment but they were able to squeeze me in early. The staff was so friendly and helpful. They made the whole experience stress free. They offered me every discount they could in every direction. Definitely recommend going there and will go back! Told me everything straightforward. Said if it was a safety problem or just a ride ability problem.

My son took his 2010 Honda Civic into Brakes Plus to get a strut bolt replaced under the warranty. Joey and Kyle did an awesome job with the work.
