Auto Glass Unlimited – Windshield Replacement & Tint

I work for closets by design in denver. We have a fleet of fifteen vans. Anytime, and every time i've needed a new windshield, I have only used one company. Auto Glass Unlimited they are fast dependable, reliable. And it's not just a customer they see it's family.

I had them out to replace the front and rear glass on my car. Overall, it was a good experience in terms of price and scheduling. Things went a bit sideways when I called to speak with them about my wiper motor, which stopped working after their glass replacement. They removed the motor because they were unable to get the wiper arm off after attempting a torch, their special tools, etc. Given that they removed the motor, which may have been why it now has a short, I wanted to have a conversation with them about some type of ownership. I also worked on the motor and wiper arm, so I would not expect them to cover everything, as it could have been either of us, but at least having a conversation seemed pretty reasonable. The installer was very huffy and defensive straight away, and the conversation was a non-starter. He quoted their liability form that he had me sign after the installation, that he mentioned the motors are finicky and can end up breaking, which is all fine, but ultimately left me feeling disappointed that we couldn't have a reasonable conversation on the topic. I wish them the best but will probably go elsewhere next time around.

Could not have had a better experience with them. Not only were they the only company to include recalibration as a option (and only if needed-which it typically is not and I had no idea) but they got me in within a couple days and had the job done so quick. Summer and Chad were great. Summer helped me book an appointment and kept me updated! Chad checked in to give me a window of time when he would be arriving and then called to confirm when he was 30 minutes away. He quickly changed out my windshield in my driveway.
