We were traveling in from out of town when a truck threw some rocks and shattered our sunroof. Called Action Auto and they got us right in and even loaned us a vehicle to get to my doctor appointment while they fixed it. They were quick and were very pleasant to work with! Would drive all the way back to Denver just to give them our business!

I had a very frustrating experience with Action Auto Glass. A previous windshield installation they performed caused hidden damage that wasn’t discovered until a later replacement attempt by another company. The pinch weld had been improperly cut and there was excessive urethane, which ultimately made the vehicle unsafe to drive and required additional repairs. To their credit, once the issue was uncovered, they did step up and cover the cost of the tow and the pinch weld repair. I do appreciate that. That said, this situation shouldn’t have happened in the first place. Windshield installation is a safety-critical job, and this level of workmanship is concerning. While they made it right financially, the inconvenience, risk, and time involved were significant.

I have my windshield replaced in my Yukon by action Auto Glass and I have to say they did an excellent job very professional and very fast and I couldn't be happier the staff was extremely friendly was expecting me and they did a wonderful job they were even able to save my state patrol sticker on my windshield and put it on my new one and that meant a lot to me and they really went far and beyond and took care of all the little things that most people don't notice but I did thank you very much action did a great job
