Stateline Auto Glass & Calibrations

A few days ago, I worked with Stateline through my auto insurance for a cracked windshield replacement as it was not repairable. When I drove the car 1st time after the replacement, I was in bad luck that I had another impact on the new windshield. It started with a dime size dent then cracked to a size bigger than my palm the next day. I called the shop the next workday to share the unluck situation. The rep on phone told me it would not be considered as warranty but a new impact claim through the insurance. I was upset. Nonetheless, the next day later the call, the owner contacted me. He was generally sincere and willing to get a new replacement from a warehouse for free as exception. I appreciate his willingness and showing empathy toward an unhappy customer. I shared not to imply we should take advantage of the shop but more their follow up by the rep / technician and the owner's heart.

These guys are awesome! Absolutely phenomenal communicators and a quick clean and professional. Do not go to the other guys have Statelinrle Auto Glass take care of you. Trust me! They took care of a chip on my wife’s Subaru and replaced my broken windshield.

I called Stateline after Safelite said they could not recalibrate my cameras on my 2020 Ford transit HD 350 van. I had an appointment the next day in which they showed up on time. They replaced my windshield within the hour and calibrated the cameras. TJ was the technician and was professional and efficient.

I got my window fixed the same day lest than 45 minutes, I can't make this up, and their quotes is exactly what they say it is after the work is done. No hidden fees or surprises. Good workers, friendly folks y'all. I'm forever grateful for their services.
