Ray is awesome! Spent half a day calling big glass shops and Toyota after a hard to find piece of glass shattered on my truck. Lots of "it'll be 3-4 weeks" and "it's our busy season, if I get some time I'll make some calls later this week." Got ahold of Ray and in *literally* 30 minutes he called around, found the glass I needed and set up an appointment for later in the week once it arrived. Ray was extremely responsive and professional in repairing my back window. I called at 8am and his team had my car back to me by 2pm the same day. I appreciated that they came to my house and the whole process was very efficient.
