We can’t thank Hyper Flow enough! They were extremely professional, courteous, prompt, and efficient. James and Ian went above and beyond to get our plumbing needs for our home completed. There was A LOT of work that needed to be done. James and Ian both were very communicative throughout the entire process from getting a quote to completing the work. The communication and customer service they provided was beyond exceptional compared to other companies and industries I’ve dealt with. This was one of the most remarkable services and companies we’ve dealt with. I would 100% recommend Hyper Flow and their technicians James and Ian. We are excited to not have to worry anymore about the old galvanized piping and sewer line that would’ve have caused lots of issues had we left it untouched. Truly the most exceptional experience with a company I have ever had! Being in the restaurant business, I work with companies every single day. This company and their people are incredible. They CARE! Their team took a problem that has persisted for us for over 8 years and worked hard to identify the root cause for us. From the minute I called and spoke to the owner, I knew this company could help me solve this very complex problem. The owner/dispatch was knowledgeable and gave me the feeling that this would be the last company I would have to call. Throughout the entire experience, the team, Ian, James and Brian took care and precision to help fix our grease trap and sewer smell. They took such care everytime to clean up and ensure that the area was left better than they started. I will forever share this company with anyone and everyone!!! Huge shoutout to Hyper Flow Services, especially Angel and crew. They were honestly great. We had really frustrating drain backups in our 1902 home that we’ve had 2 other plumbers out to try and help with. Angel showed up same day and took the time to figure out what was actually going on instead of rushing, guessing, or giving up. We learned more and talked through our next steps. We made progress on the issue and that alone made the whole thing feel way less stressful. We contacted a few other places to meet and quote on the needed work but easily decided to move forward with Angel and Hyper Flow. Yesterday they rerouted our secondary line, installed clean outs, and everything is the best it’s ever been. Angel and crew were awesome. Really helpful, efficient, respectful of our space, and left everything in great shape. It’s such a relief to find a team we trust with our home. We’ll be calling Hyper Flow again without hesitation and will be highly recommending them! Thank you!

Jeremy Paez was my technician and he was outstanding. We had a very complex and unique drain issue, and 3 other companies could not solve the issue for us. We used Hyper Flow as a last call before ripping up our floor to make the fix, but they will certainly be our first call next time. Jeremy was professional, knowledgeable, and confident in addressing the issue. He was able to fix what 3 other companies could not in about 30 minutes. He never wavered and was willing to try to solve our problem, even if the solution was not straightforward. The whole time he was keeping me updated on what he was doing, what he was seeing, and making sure to bring me along in the process. 5 out of 5 stars and I'll be going with Hyper flow for any other drain issues I have, because they'll surely not see one as complex as this. I'll probably request Jeremy as my technician as well. Great work, Jeremy! Saved us thousands of dollars and a big headache for ripping up the floor.

Quality service and great customer care. Angel was an excellent technician who came same day when our main sewer line to our septic was clogged. He took time to listen and was great at keeping us updated on his work. Would highly recommend this company.
