Michael, Gabriel and Micha did a great job. We’re able to diagnose the problem quickly and get it taken care of. Communicated well throughout the entire process. Was glad to have the option to have them come on a weekend, even though I didn’t use that option. Were able to come the next business day, which is very much appreciated.

This was my first time using Southside, but they’ll be my go-to from now on! We had a small gas leak that was really hard to find. Kyle was super-thorough, found the issue, fixed it, and pressure tested it at a higher standard than Xcel uses to make sure it was perfect and Xcel would have no issue turning our gas back on. They came the same day I called, and Kyle was so polite and professional. He explained everything to me. I appreciated his experience.

When my sink suddenly fell, out of the countertop, it seemed like a nightmare. Turns out that the sink had been imcorrectly installed back in 2021 (by another company).Enter Master Plumber Kyle T and Apprentice Gabriel D who got work and constructed a very sturdy resting place complete with brackets so my sink is now secure. These guys know what they're doing and they're very competent. Also personable. Will use them again!

I was just recently forced to look for a new plumbing company because the company we have used for the last 10 years or so on two different properties never even called us or text us back. I called southside and was happy to get somebody on the phone right away and schedule. They made it super easy. One of their Plumbers came out got our small job done very fast was super friendly.
