Alex was great to work with from start to finish. He was respondent, quick with follow up, and transparent with pricing and timing. The price I paid was exactly what Alex quoted me and he delivered/installed it within the expected timeframe as well (almost down to the minute). I could not recommend him well enough - we have a family friend (not local) and he told us that the price quoted by Alex was extremely competitive for the work that we got done.

Alex was a one man very efficient guy. He gave me a quote on the phone and that is what I paid, nothing extra. His price was much lower than other companies. Since the water heater was only leaking slightly this was not a rush job but did offer me different days and times to work from. He explained what he had to do, besides new water tank, added an expansion tank and new turnoff values to the water heater and gas line. He placed tarps down. Alex said the replacement of the water heater would take 3 hours and he was in and out in that exact time. Alex cleaned up and then showed me how the heater settings worked and how to relight the furnace if needed. Highly recommend him and his service.

We also needed our garbage disposal replaced, and he kindly took care of that as well at a discounted price. I’m truly grateful for his professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond. Had my water heater break ant the seam, leaking water after work. Called for warranty repair that night, had someone out the next morning by 9am and by the end of the day I had a new water heater installed! Great, fast service - especially since he even had to drive out from Aurora to Thornton.

Our sump pump failed during the spring snow/rain, so I was eager to get it fixed before there was a problem. I called Alex and he set an appointment for the next day. He called back the same day and asked to come by to be sure he would have the proper parts for the repair. He gave us a very reasonable quote and came by the next morning during the arranged time and completed the job. He replaced our malfunctioning plastic sump pump in a short period of time with one that will stand the test of time. I absolutely recommend WHE Plumbing and Alex.
